Feed2post - THE joomla content gathering component.

Please advise how to" remove mention of the original feed" as outlined on the sales page.  I have not found any documentation on this.

Also:

"Cut at tag" what does this mean, please don't repeat what in the control panel - that's not clear to me.  are we talking about html tags or what?

An example would really be helpful.

I get the the following:

Fatal error: Call to a member function load() on a non-object in /*****/administrator/components/com_feedpost/admin.feedpost.html.php on line 79

When clicking "View All Items".  The screen is all white and only the first item is partially visible.  I uninstalled the component and reinstalled it (didn't relize I'd lose all my feeds) and still the same error.

Curl is an extension for PHP. if your hosting company, has it avaiable, is better to use it instead of Fopen.

On file.txt file, all the updated by cronjob.php will be saved (besides  being automatically created the articles obtained from feed) according to the option's configuration as shown as follows:

Storage type: as log, overwrite, ignore it's up to your choice, you can save all the updated as a log (one under the other), overwrite (obtaining always the last update) or ignore (discard all)

Store what? Complete storage of the updated, or just save a chunk

You can use the mod_timedfetch module jointly with cronjob, you must locate the cronjob's files in a public_html folder and, from  mod_timedfetch set the url of the cronjob.php file.
You must configure it to execute from 2 hours or more (not less) because the articles creation is a little bit slower

i just purchaced the feep2post Professional edition and just found from my hosting that cronjob isn't supported in their platform. (IT Help Desk support answer: I am sorry, Cron Job is not compatible with our hosting structure)

Is there another way to do that?To add automatic articles into my site?

It's possible that the choosen feed isn't full content type and besides, it has very little content on introduction.

We suggest, in that case, to set the  Full text gather:(if the feed has full content)  to No.

K2 support is close, feed2post 3.0 will have pluggable saving interfaces and reading too, so it will be able to get source info from more than rss and save into more than just joomla content...but in the near future...not ready yet...it's on  design stage...

2checkout gateway is not automatical for downloads, we get the emails with the approvals and denials and we must manually update the orders, all 2checkout orders will have a minimum delay of at least 1h and a maximum of 24hs to be approved and when that happens you will get the download link automatically.

Hi, yes, I believe I set it to that.  here are some screenshots.   I set it to Store Author as Alias. I checked the imported article and AuthorAlias is left blank. However, it is saved as Text at the bottom of the article.
