how do i change "Read Full Article" link on the bottom of my imported content to another text?

To edit the text you need to do one of two things, edit the com_feedpost.en-EN.ini file and change the text there, copy this file to your own language (e.g.: com_feedpost.xx-XX.ini) and set the administrator language to xx-XX or you can edit the code and change the text there.
